Founded in 1882, Zichron Ya’akov (meaning ‘Memory of Jacob’) is one of the first Jewish colonies in Israel with an immense amount of history, meaning and beauty. Founded by the Rothschild Family and named after James Mayer de Rothschild, Zichron Ya’akov was one of the first Jewish agriculture colonies and the house of the first winery in Israel, Carmel Winery. It is situated on a beautiful mountain just one hour north of Tel Aviv. The LENY Z/Y Project, located on the most sought-after land in the area and directly overlooking the picturesque Alona Park, will include a 20,000 sqm complex combining commercial, retail and hospitality units. Our objective is to bring a lifestyle and luxurious property to one of the most beautiful and important towns in Israel.
