Born and raised in France, Rudy began his real estate career at an early age where he developed a true passion for real estate development and transactions. With a strong desire to live in Israel and realise his passion for real estate there, Rudy embarked on a new journey which would be the most important step of his professional career and the beginning of LENY.
Recognizing the potential and demand for luxury properties, Rudy began purchasing buildings and developing luxury residential projects in prime locations in Tel Aviv. As his knowledge and experience grew, along with his deep passion for the industry, he advanced to larger projects which grew his exposure within the local market and among investors, both domestically and internationally.
Maintaining a strong relationship with investors, based on integrity and transparency, Rudy has developed a strong international network of clients that have become investors and clients of our projects. His ability to approach the right clients with appealing projects has enabled LENY to rapidly grow and become a key and leading player in the local real estate sector.
A true entrepreneur, Rudy is the beating heart of LENY, bringing his passion for real estate, design and business on a daily basis. Rudy is fluent in French, Hebrew and English. He is also the founder and president of La Griba Synagogue in Hertzliya.
Oded is responsible for the strategic direction of the company in the United States, overall management of the firm, the pursuit of new development opportunities and corporate acquisitions and financing activities across all business platforms. For over 15 years Oded was involved in developments valued at billions of dollars in Europe and Israel in various sectors across the real estate industry.
Oded has a combined legal and business background, holding an LL. B and a BA in business administration. Prior to joining LENY, Oded served as an executive at a publicly traded Tel-Aviv based investment firm, where he managed millions of square feet of European real estate. He then joined LENY in 2011. After successfully leading LENY’s operations in Israel, he relocated to New York where he currently resides and is our on-ground driving force.
As the Director of Finance, Tamar oversees and manages the internal accountancy and general book-keeping of LENY ensuring a smooth and efficient stream of our incoming and outgoing business. Her dedication and professional approach have allowed the management to continue to realise their vision while she handles the finances of a rapidly growing business. Tamar is fluent in Hebrew and English.
Florence handles all of LENY’s logistics, administration and customer relations. She is the glue that brings everything and everyone together. Her hard work and commitment over the years has ensured our management team can work tediously and efficiently to grow the company and provide the level of service to our investors and clients we aim for. Florence is fluent in Hebrew, English and French and has worked across several sectors including legal, import/export and international markets.
Yosi is LENY’s chief engineer, he holds a Civil and Construction Engineering license’s. Yosi joined LENY after 17 years of experience as a project’s manager and chief engineering at Israel biggest Construction companies. he specialized in interior and complex constructions. Among his projects: hospitals, logistic center, offices, hotels, and luxury apartments. Yosi is responsible to all Engineering Aspects in LENY’s Operation, including managing all planning and construction processes, negotiations with contractors and suppliers, quality control, and budgeting control.
Ben is an attorney by profession with extensive knowledge of the Israeli real estate market, specializing in residential properties, commercial structures and office space.
As the VP Business Development, Ben implements and oversees the entire LENY operation in Israel with a portfolio valued at over 2.5 Billion ILS including our business strategy, sourcing, negotiating and closing transactions, and developing strategic collaborations with major market players.
