Known as the Williamsburg and Shoreditch equivalent of Tel Aviv, Florentine is a buzzing and rapidly developing neighborhood packed with young professionals, restaurants, bars and galleries. Our objective for Teodor was to provide a lifestyle project that focuses on blending this vibrant neighborhood with an upscale project for discerned and demanding individuals who want to live in the heart of it all, while not comprising on their standard of living. Teodor consists of two buildings, with 12 and 13 floors respectively and includes 160 two to three room apartments, as well as duplexes and penthouses. The Teodor complex will also include work and meeting spaces for our residents and a state-of-the-art spa and fitness room. We are bringing an international flair and unparalleled living experience to the most developing neighborhood in Tel Aviv.
